Donation of white sticks

In cooperation with our Rotaract Club Belgrade Dedinje, on June 3, we donated 25 white sticks to the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired persons of the city of Belgrade and the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired persons of municipalities of Palilula. The sticks were bought from the funds collected at the humanitarian celebration of the 10th anniversary of our Club, as well as from the budget of our Rotaract and Rotary Club. Our Clubs pay special attention to raising the awareness of citizens about the problems with which the blind and visually impaired persons cooperate with. Also, on June 9, a traditional walk with blind people was organized throw Knez Mihailova Street in Belgrade. This was the fifth walk with blinds on which blind people lead citizens in the streets of Belgrade who have a black scarf through their eyes.
